Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Addressing external issues related to the organization.
•  Fostering external collaborations.
• Proposing structural and operational expansions or modifications for the clinic and coordinating with superiors.
• Participating in committees and meetings; proposing appropriate scientific and practical solutions to improve and enhance service quality.
• Submitting suggestions and corrective feedback regarding clinic operations to the relevant authorities.
• Overseeing and managing the clinic's financial and administrative affairs.
• Selecting experienced and competent personnel to lead various sections of the clinic.
• Overseeing the assessment of staffing and other clinic requirements and proposing these to university authorities.
• Supervising the performance of management and other subordinate staff.
• Monitoring and supervising the performance of units under one's supervision.
• Performing other duties as assigned by superiors.
